Balsthal (SO), Klopfackerweg 12 - 14

- Location and concept: the three (respectively four) designed houses were planned to be constructed on a side street on the southern slope above Balsthal, with a wonderful view over the Cycle. Public transportation, shopping possibilities and schools are reachable in only few minutes within walking distance.

- Type of houses: 6.5 Rooms.

- Construction standard: top quality construction with large gardens and plenty of parking spaces.

- Speciality: during heavy rainfalls, there is a risk of severe water accumulation on the surface, which can cause severe damage to the houses. Consequently, this circumstance was included in the project.
